Nick Griffin- I am a sales, service, and operations leader with a broad and deep level of practical experience, having worked in seven industries. I specialise in the development to implementation of structured plans and strategy that delivers ongoing value and mutual benefit between an organisation/ employees and its customers.
I began his career with Woolworths and Big W working up the management ladder across multiple positions and stores. This followed time with Arnott's Biscuits at the time they acquired Snack Brands Australia and eventually leading a business division for NSW and ACT as well as working on various projects.
I took the opportunity to move into a senior role with Quill Stationery during a challenging time for the business ultimately turning a range of 20 products in Officeworks to approximately 200 including own brand and quill branded paper.
After this I spent considerable time in various financial services organisations, NFP membership bodies, insurance and asset management roles, leading a variety of teams. Companies Nick has had the fortune to work for and learn from include-
